GWP-C is pleased to announce its inaugural Media Awards on Water which seeks to encourage media in the Caribbean to report and produce more information on Water Resources in the region. The launch of these awards has been timed with the upcoming commemoration of World Water Day on March 22nd, 2012 and it is our intention that through these awards journalists will have further incentive to focus on water resources.

GWP-C is grateful for your assistance in widely sharing the attached flyer, submission guidelines and entry form with media and other interested persons in your country; and by posting on your company websites and notice boards.

We look forward to receiving entries from your country and to greater exposure to the water-related issues affecting our region.
